Job description

We are looking for an experienced leader to develop and inspire our Therapeutic Wellbeing services department to deliver on our mission to help people have safe, healthy and happy relationships.

The role
A pivotal role, leading a newly formed team, you will lead and develop a range of Therapeutic and wellbeing services, delivered to support individual adults and children, couples and families. You will be accountable for the operational management of the department, but you will retain a strategic and tactical focus by providing effective delegation, challenge and support to your Senior Management Team.

 

About you 
You’ll be a values driven leader adept at getting the best out of people and leading through people with strong coaching skills. You will be a passionate advocate for the role of counselling, therapeutic interventions and wellbeing support, and you’ll be experienced in having a voice at a strategic level. You’ll have a strategic and commercial focus with experience of growing and mobilising services. You will also have extensive knowledge of Safeguarding legislation and experience of managing Safeguarding issues. Above all you will have a solution focused attitude to providing positive leadership in a changing environment.
