Key Changes promotes mental health through music, using a unique, music industry informed approach to increase the mental health and wellbeing of people with a wide range of mental health challenges. Our core programming is delivered both in hospitals and the community setting and offers professional, music focused recovery support and artist development opportunities.
We are looking for a Vice Chair with experience at senior management level in health and social care and a passion for tackling health inequalities to support the charity develop its services in hospitals and the community.
Having recently undergone a skills audit we are seeking an individual with experience of adult social care commissioning and policy making and understanding of the regulatory framework, including the Mental Health Act (1983) and Care Act (2014). Ideally the individual will have gained this experience and expertise from roles within NHS and/or local authority.
