Community Impact Bucks is a successful, highly respected charity dedicated to achieving a better life for the people of Buckinghamshire. We have a positive impact on a multitude of people and causes across the county – as a key cornerstone charity we help other charities, volunteers and community groups to thrive by finding funding, inspiring people to volunteer, running projects, building strong communities, and helping to strengthen leadership throughout the voluntary sector.
We are looking for a Group Chief Executive to provide strong and inspirational leadership at an exciting time in our development. You will lead on developing our forward strategy, identifying new sources of funding, developing new partnerships and championing the voluntary sector.
You will be a strategic thinker with the vision and drive to succeed. You will be an outstanding communicator who is confident in building high-level relationships to exert influence and bring about change. You will have proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire others to deliver results.
We would welcome applications from those who already have third sector experience and also from those who have the requisite leadership skills and relevant experience gained outside the sector who are now motivated to make a positive career change.
