The National Trust is seeking to recruit new members to the East of England Regional Advisory Board.
The Regional Advisory Board is a group of volunteers from all walks of life. They advise the Trust’s management team in the East of England and cover a full range of conservation and business activities. Board members provide an external perspective which helps shape how we work with our supporters and stakeholders. Advisory Board members offer a strategic view and are able to act as mentors in their own specialist areas.
Whilst candidates from a wide range of disciplines are welcomed, we are currently particularly interested in those who have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Management of large complex organisations
- Staff and volunteer organisational development
- Managing large programmes of projects
- Land use planning
- Visitor experience
- Stakeholder engagement
- Built heritage conservation
